Joyful City is located near the beautiful Ilsan Lake Park (일산호수공원) 

in the Rodeo Top Building (로데오탑) next to the La Festa Mall (라페스타) in Ilsan, South Korea.  We are on the 5th Floor (5층) in "Covenant Hall".
